It sucks that people that UNDERSTOOD the basic logic of, "Gee, I don't have that kind of money," and didn't buy a house are getting a bit of a shaft. Wouldn't you think so? I mean these morons that got in over their heads still get to keep their houses and here we are - still renters - and because of their financial stupidity, we can't get a loan since the lending companies got their panties all twisted. ...Ah well such is life.
